Walkin’ by Paul Oscher (Genre: Blues)
When Paul Oscher began his career in the sixties; he was a rarity — a young white man playing the harmonica in Muddy Water’s band. Oscher was a multi-instrumentalist, playing the harmonica, guitar and piano. He was known as an excellent sideman, and for many years played live with a well a number of well-known blues players including Eric Clapton, John Lee Hooker, T-Bone Walker and Levon Helm. In the 1990s, Oscher branched out and started recording albums with his own band.
The song Walkin’, which sounds like it could have been recorded in Chicago in the sixties, can be found on his fourth album Along With The Blues.
