The Hoopla Catalog: The Hoopla Catalog offers eBooks, downloadable audiobooks, full-length albums and streaming videos including both TV shows and movies. All items in the Hoopla Catalog are available for Southeast Steuben County Library card holders to instantly checkout. There is an item limit of 6 checkouts per month as the Hoopla servicefeatures what in Library Land is referred to as a cost-per-circ lending model – meaning that each time a patron checkout and item from the catalog our library has to pay for that checkout.
