If you’re a music fan and you don’t have a smartphone or tablet — you can still take advantage of the new Freegal Music Service that offers all library card members of all Southern Tier Library System member libraries, including the Southeast Steuben County Library, the ability to download and keep three free songs per week from the Freegal Music website, found at:
